I had a cat that loved the water. I had an old house that only had a tub, no shower. If you didn't close the door while running the water shed get in and swim back and forth.

I miss my cat back pack he acted just like a dog he was a pocket cat till he got to big he walked on a harness and followed me everywhere he was such a awesome cat he would fetch and swim and oh my goodness I miss him so much he was awesome and never mean but he was very protective of me

I've learned that most cats are not scared of water, lots love water, the thing that frightens them from water, is the sound it makes when it's coming from your faucet. the sound the water makes when it's filling a tub.. they don't like that sound. but water itself is not the issue. in my experiences at least
