As an RN for over 25 years, my first thought is What if they aspirate part of the balloon? Also, sleep apnea occurs when the tongue falls back against the back of the throat, blocking air flow. Expanding a balloon in your sinus cavity is quack medicine, imo.

This is not doctors performing a ballon sinoplasty . They are wearing jeans and no surgical gloves. This is probable in India somewhere based on the music. Using a ball pump to inflate is another clue. And nurses do know as much as doctors 💕
