Oh, yeah, she has tourette's every morning. She puts on her makeup and Eyelashes perfectly!?.
Just like that girl Baylen on TV, she doesn't have Tourette syndrome, she seen somebody with tourette's and thought it would be funny and cute. And now everyone is going along with it.
Darn shame!.
She can be normal at a drop of a hat when she wants to be.
