That kid should’ve been tired how to use a weapon that way there he could’ve shot that intruder in the head. Anything from a 22 to a 12 gauge shotgun would’ve did the job just fine and it would’ve been no need to waste, taxpayer money trying convicting and putting him in prison and taking care of him for 10 years.

Parents please tell your kids if they get home before you stay inside with the doors locked and stay away from windows don't answer the door if someone knocks . pretend they're not there so no one knows they're there alone and vulnerable. when you get home then they can go outside. that's what my parents rules were when I was allowed to stay home alone . that was the 80s it's way more dangerous and more dangerous people in the country now . So many kidnappings the last 5 years and child trafficking and rapes . I guarantee you that guy was taking that little girl to rape her then kill her so she couldn't talk . Happens that way all too often . You get more time for rape than murder in many cases .

How many other little children did that young man save by his quick actions to save his little sister. I know his parents are so proud of him. He was given the Slingshot, and learen how to properly aim it, for a reason. He was destined to save her in that moment. God has a plan far greater than we can ever imagine. The KIDNAPPER has no right to sue. He was stopped by a child from kidnapping another child. Now the KIDNAPPER will Hopefully spend the rest of his life in jail, where he belongs.
