that may be the concepts but the execution is rather different. it's a participation trophy program. it eliminates qualifications and makes it about checking off social justice boxes. question, if you need to hire 15 people but only 5 check off the boxes and are qualified, how do you fill the other 10 openings? you can't, unless you either lower the number of boxes you need to check off, or lower the qualifications your looking for. the biden administration showed us, they lower the qualifications, every time. because if you lower the number boxes they need to check off, it's no longer DEI. you can try to argue it however you want. but the bottom line is, when you make DEI a policy, your product will be inferior to a competitor that hires on qualifications alone. although my biggest laugh is that DEI fights racism with racism. any program aimed at increasing one groups presents has to decrease another groups presents, correct?

Racism is a disease that is passed down from generation to generation, and if we could get racism somewhat under control, this country would be better off in so many ways and on so many levels. But white people don’t want other cultures to have the same thing they have had for centuries. I’m sure yall have heard white privilege , I have from a co worker and he uses it like it is ok for me to hear it. It’s not ok and it’s the very reason why I’m looking for another job because my boss doesn’t want or seem to want to control him. So I’m leaving because of the oppression, this is taking away from my life in so many ways. By the way everyone in my crew are white, I’m not I’m Hispanic. You figure out the rest. 🤔🤠
He left out gender.. they always seem to leave out gender.. and I think it's because women are the main targets of exclusivity. in every aspect, women are more excluded than men.

Who decides what's "fair?" What's "fair" to me may not be "fair" to you. Why not let people determine their own lives and outcomes? You can't fix past inequities by creating new ones. Two wrongs don't make a right, remember? DEI is an excuse to strong-arm people out of what they've earned and give it to people who Didn't Earn It. Commies LOVE DEI, because it's yet another means to destroy Western civilization.🤬

Just like communism is great in theory, but in practice it is a disaster, the same applies to DEI. Because the entire goal of DEI is not Diversity, it's about looking at race and using that as a primary decision point. Not qualifications, history, skills, but skin color. That's racist and unfair. .. Equity doesn't mean fairness in DEI. It means that everyone should have the same amount, regardless of effort, history, good or bad decisions. That demotivates top performers, and the bottom performers, but for different reasons. The top is like why should I try hard, if I get the same as the bottom. The bottom performers are rewarded, even if they try, so why bother? You end up with terrible performance from everyone, that just gets worse.
