That cop is just one more reason why we the people hate corrupt, thug, gang banger type cops who dont know the law, feel entitled, & will violate law abiding citizens' Constitutionally Protected Rights, especially the 1st and 4th Amendments, AND, oftentimes the 8th Amendment when they lose control and engage in excessive force and cruel and unusual punishment by needlessly going hands on. It's good that this cop was fired for numerous reasons, one of the most important was when he repeatedly was yelling at the bystander to "put the camera down"..."Sir, put the camera down", violating that man's 1st Amendment Constitutionally Protected Right to video cops acting in the course of their duties while standing in public or publicly accessible areas.
Good that he got fired because this happens all the time to innocent people who unfortunately might not have anyone recording the situation at the time.

I had to go down to police station to I have a report for my insurance company on a shop that didn't replace the parts that they were supposed to the radiator and I had to do that for the insurance warranty company they said they were going to arrest me for misuse of 911 and they won't let me ever make a report again they wouldn't tell me why but I had to leave or they would up and arrest me and now I can't get the money back for the warranty and the insurance company they wouldn't even let me go online they said I feel sorry for this judge but I know what seniors are going through we still haven't got any stimulus none of us or veterans

especially in rhode island. cops break into your house, claiming that you have some objectionable pics on your phone when you dont. He shows you a site on your phone using a first and last name saying I made that. So I told him someone either hacked my phone or they did when they broke in, which I wouldn't doubt. Now I have to fight that because its all law enforcement nationwide cares about is getting their numbers up. A five year old wouldn't even use his first and last name as a sign in. The old addage of innocent till proven guilty is very wrong ive found out. its really, "your really guilty until proven innocent. Period."

I thank the Lord every day that they must have their cameras on even though when they commit a crime, they turned that camera off and footage his loss so any policeman that turns off the camera should be immediately fired that same day when he gets back to his presentstop police abuse between the police abuse and the ice. They are really trying to destroy the American people and that will never happen. Americans are strong and we fight back so get back and leave us alone.
