If he did not see the plate and then he showed him where the plate was, and the officer made a mistake, the officer should have just said, I apologize, I did not see it. You're correct you're free to go. i'm on the side of a lot of officers, because they're put through the Ringer, but some take things too far now we also didn't see the beginning of this. So maybe if the driver was acting this way at the beginning, I can see where the officer can be a little more like he was, but in this case I doubt it
