when you tell someone that they can't achieve something on their own because of the race they are that is the ultimate formula of racism and when you reduce the requirements to get jobs or get into college just for a specific race you are assuring that that race will decline in education and manors because they don't have to achieve anything it's all just given to them and eventually they will believe that they are not good enough to achieve anything on their own and will depend solely on handouts and achievements based solely on their race and nothing else is dehumanizing and demoralizing
I had to pay for my college, had to get in on my merits alone and for good schools, its not so easy...must have a very near perfect GPA and alot of money, or work 2 jobs while keeping that near perfect GPA
