driver not in attention? whether you were actually driving or not you have to be in the driver's seat able to take over in case anything happens. to be laying down while it's driving is against federal law and very dangerous if anything does happen you are liable especially if you hurt someone or kill them

I drove cross country right after I turned 21 drove for about 8 years never had a second driver I could never sleep knowing someone else was driving just the thought of it would scare the Bee Gees out of me
