Did you know Ice can look for people out in the open but let's say they hide in a closet.. under the terms of their self fabricated special warrants they cannot open the closet because that requires a judge to sign off on it and they know that won't happen .. just some useless information they are also not allowed to enter or a private business unless allowed to.. that's why they catch him in the parking lot or coming out of the store
