See if that officer got hit by that car if that officer got killed on that property he was not called there. He did not have a right to trespass. Private property or not I'd still hand him my ID as requested but I would state for the record that my Constitutional Rights are being violated and that I am complying under duress. If you remain calm and compliant it's much easier to convince a jury that your rights were egregiously violated. As a result of this officer's action you are now suffering ptsd.
