No one makes cash drops like this. Someone put a stack of paper covered with a few hundreds on top and put it in a sandwich bag. They flashed it, threw it in the bushes and stopped recording. After that they promptly picked it back up. There are too many people who could walk by and happen upon that money by mistake. That's what someone told me😉
