Also the sub contractors that supply the food items for the 3x and commissary. They gouge the prisoners in everything. Phone calls area gold mine. The one in CA is link to commissary and phone for some county jails. My buddy had to do 30 days to clear some loose ends from misspent youth. I put $ on his book. He got released early I had $30 coming back on refund. Never got it. They didn’t give him anything. I tried to get my funds credited back it’s just a run around. Imagine how much money they make not giving out the balance of an inmates books on release. That adds up. You put a bucket in the rain it eventually fills up.
