Absolutely love nice, healthy, full LOCS. She didn't have to cut them, that was a quick fix. She could've detoxed and worked out the product/oil debris. Never know what happens in people's lives that may inhibit proper hair grooming at the time, but I'm glad he's getting addresses before it gets worse. The uneducated people with the negative comments need self care, love and a hobby.
Those locs don't look dirty. They look like they have a build up of residue from products like conditioner, etc. If the wrong products are used, this will happen, even if you wash your hair daily.

looks to me like she had the cut then added again by a no professional using a wax like product. the professional is cleaning up the mess and doing it correctly
