She can't do that anyways. She must go to the Courthouse and file a eviction notice, which is normally 30 days for the person to have time to figure out plan B. if you have someone living with you for a certain amount of time you cannot just kick them out when you want you have to file an eviction notice and it gives that person time to figure out their next situation because it is illegal to kick someone out that's been living with you especially if they have mail coming to your house.
