Can’t believe those officers were going to just stand there. Their intent is to blow tires on a car. Once done, the car will not just calmly come to a stop. Maybe crash and possibly hit them.

The spike strip is supposed to be thrown out right before the car approaches, so the driver doesn't have an opportunity to go around it. It's not laid out like a welcome mat for one the see before they approach it 🙄 I guess this is small town hospitality 😉

dangerous job to do doesn't take much for the driver running to turn at the cop laying that strip down killing hum in a most brutal way saw this happen in Vegas highway patrol tried to spike the guy tire dude hit him with the car and was was sticking halfway out the windshield dying not dead just yet I honestly think his comrade's killed him when they stopped him shortly after that but shot the car up was like 8 cops unloading everything they had into the guy

The only way the spikes work is if the car is going so fast it doesn’t see them or they can’t avoid them and to prevent it from going around them then you have the cruiser sideways on the road to block the other lane

Was that officer holding onto the spike strip handle appeared that he was to me, you never hold onto that thing. I have an officer friend that did that right out of the Academy, you drugged him probably 150 feet if I remember correctly broke both arms, broke his ribs. He recovered two years later.

waste of film saw no crs going over spike strips. apparently car saw all the.cops and turned why make yourself visible hide until the run over spikes. oh look.the cops let's go that way riiight
