I would help them, however it would be a one and done depending on the circumstances I agree that you can't just go around handing out money to every random person in the family, because if we're like that you could call, text, vm, dm. to discuss it. Don't wait until we're at a family function where you want to relax and enjoy yourself without someone, begging.
