I get the window, (extra security) and the polish, that will knock off and alert if someone is rattling the door knob. But why the shoes outside and the foil? 🤔
Well, someone please tell me what is the point of putting aluminum foil on your door knob. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. This is my early warning system and protect protection.

I call BS. If you did that every time, you would know that the nail polish wouldn't set on the deadbolt. The other thing I would say, the man shoes by themselves is a red flag of staging, plus is he took them off on his way in. they wouldn't be be lined up pointing out.
My oldest son's mom was like this. PTSD guarantee women like this probably have not had the nicest things happen to them when they were younger. It sets them into a state of paranoia especially when alone. She'd even take an ironing board & wedge it in front of her bedroom door between her bed & heavy oak dresser at night.
