If that is what the Democrats have said, it reveals their true nature. Hardcore Democrats believe other races and even their own who do not belong to their party in terms of education inferior, in many cases whether they realize it or not, even when they supposedly come to their aid it is an act of those who are desperate to do for those who they feel cannot do for themselves... The worst thing the Democrat Party ever did was provide minorities with a life path that did not require hard work, investment, and learning, but did provide an avenue to "exist", not truly live -but exist, by turning their women into baby voter factories for the Democrat Party and greatly reduced the importance of the male/female nuclear family structure leading to the collapse of many ethnic family units. When your existence depends on pandering to the state or your political party you give up your soul for survival.
