That’s the Splash Zone under Sheikra at Busch Gardens. Tons of kids play right there. That’s what it’s for. She is playing with her child without getting drenched herself.

True that the child was doused in water, but not harmed. The mother ran off, but she did return. Nothing that happened is anything CPS worthy, but she is kind of a crap mom. Moms will see this coming and either grab their child and run WITH them, or shield them with their own body. Or, if It's so fun, they'll stand there and get wet with their child and laugh about it. Moms (or Dad's) don't run from something and leave their kid behind. IDC what it is. That's just Parenting 101. It's instinctual. If you don't have it, you're a broken model. Hell, once it's ingrained, you do it for other people's kids without thinking about it. This mom doesn't have it. That's what's troublesome about the video. Nothing she did was illegal, and she can't be investigated for any wrongdoing, but it bothers some of us because we can see that her reaction was unnatural.

If the kid wanted to do it… what’s the big deal?!? Why should they both get wet? I’m sure the little in has a change of clothing, she doesn’t. I know for fact, it stinks being all wet at an amusement park when there’s no sun out. We had to buy clothing there and the selection isn’t great unless you want to spend a small fortune on it. My older children have been drenched by it. I don't think I would put a child that young there alone only because I would be worried that they might slip and fall if they tried to run on the wet concrete. But other than wet that child appears fine.
