Your just learning this? I was doing this 60 years ago. It doesn’t take genius.
Have you been living under a rock?
....... really? I've been doing this since I was 20.... never leave home without a few band aids... some 4 friends...
oh my gosh we have another Einstein!!
with any rubbing with shoes instantly rub with any solid stick deodorant. It protects the skin.. Once I read this I have never had any issues again
Another Chris Columbus moment. Finding something that's already been found! I'm 71 and been doing this since I was a teenager!
something most people already know
this not new. since they made bandaid.
I learned this when I was a young child, as I grew up in a dance studio. Tap shoes are a bish to break in. Your coworker is not a genius!
Wow, this is new 😧?!!
Duh????
as a guy I done this so many times.🤔
I use a panty liner and stick it inside the shoe.
A coworker taught you how to use a bandaid?
What? Isn’t that just common sense. Duh
I've been doing this since the 60s
and you need your coworkers to show that? 🤔.
if I were you I wouldn't claim you just found out that little trick
It's called common sense. My mom taught me this in the third grade.
Shoe manufacturers do this on purpose. it slows us down running away from predators.
That's an old school fix it!
Sad that common sense didn't teach you growing up such a simple thing. Embarrassing that you posted this.
I knew this in 1st grade.
😲OH MY LORD! 😲shockingly innovative! 😲
Seriously? Someone had to teach you that? 🤦♀️
Are you kidding me. Our mom used to do this back in the 50' and onward to keep us from getting blisters. Some things never expire.
And?
Just wear soʻcks🤔
Now do something with your crusty heels
crusty azz heals
Well duh?? What you really need to do is scrape that dead crap off those heels.
My grandma taught us that since wearing church shoes at 12, she also taught us to put Vaseline on cracked heels..😆
I'm 70.. Been doing that since I was in junior high!.
Holy Cow!! You needed a coworker to show you THAT!!! How depressing
We have been doing that for years.....This is definitely not new....
I taught my coworkers to BURN shoes that don’t feel good. 🤔
Put some lotion on your feet 👍🏼
Coworker needs to teach you to scrub your heels!
Old as time!!! Women have been doing this since the 1960s
why be so angry with the bandade?
Geez Louise, someone help this woman. 😬🤪🥴
that's a great idea thanks for letting me know👍
maybe get some shoes that fit
Duh
A good pedicure, lotion, and socks are my recommendation.......🤔
How do you not figure that out on your own?
Been doing that since I was 4, I’m 74
what happen you just wake up out of a coma.....old news sweetie.....
wow took you all that time to realize you could put a Band-Aid on the back of your heel to prevent a blister? I'm glad I don't know you I wonder if you even knew how to open up a can
If you don't know this already, There is a serious ankle injury called, Haglund's Syndrome. It may start up using a bandaid, but eventually swells so bad, it's almost impossible to wear shoes. It's very painful and requires surgery and a long recovery! So, the next time you start having these symptoms, keep an eye on it. If this ruptures, you'll think you got shot!! 😲
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
That’s pre me being born and I’m 78
