I hate to say, this but the stupid person is the officer that searched the guy. Heaven sake be careful.
it's not even the same person the first person has a red shirt on and he's not handcuffed.... when they're pulling them out that man has his hands cuffed and a blue jacket on p

Saddest part is that cops only picked this man up because he was walking home drunk and they wanted to give him a ride, hence why he has the gun to begin with. He was never detained, the cops were just trying to do a nice favor. Ruined his life for no reason
