I can't believe people believe this I guess being a wrestling coach or an assistant for the last 15 years with the man that works with me that's a wrestling coach that we wrestle together in high school. has enough proof that is never happens seeing girls with 4 years more experience in the sport know their moves the ninth grader knows nothing about wrestling and he takes the girl out. it's the 30% rule men are technically 30% stronger which means you would have to wrestle someone if you're a hundred pounds that weighed 60 the boy would need to be 60 lb you would need to be a hundred to be equal in strength. we push our girls extra hard cuz it's coed in high school we follow them all the way to college and we go to a lot of their matches all of our wrestlers it's amazing though to watch those girls wrestle when they get to college there's no coed they're wrestling girls
