it's hard to see but the man has a knife in HIS right hand and the officer is trying to get the drunk to drop it or he will shoot him he gave verbal warnings and the a warning shot and obviously that did not work so he shot him in the leg and as the man falls you can see the knife in HIS right hand and that's when they tackle him so he got off easy.. in America a man with a knife in his hand doing what this guy is doing standing that close to a cop , the cop probably would have shot him fatally.. So I kinda think he got off easy
