I knew him and I went to high school with Howard and went over to his apartment and he went to mine. Trust me … we had NOTHING!! He made this company into what it is today. I don’t agree with some of his policies but overall he’s a good man humble man and offered many a job and many a promotion. He is absolutely amazing and entitled to all that he earned and built by himself and hired very smart managers who help further build Starbucks to a household name it is today. I won’t drink $6.00 dollar coffee ☕️ but the ambience the Starbucks man goes beyond and gives back. Kudos Howard job well done my friend. 👍🏼🙏🏼

i agree with him👍 But if you are making money, help your employees, and they can use a bonus from time to time. When i had my business running full tilt on xmas, i gave everyone $1,000 a week before. if one of my guys had a kid, I'd give him $500 as a present. Treat your help well 👍

I too grew up poor . Worked in the fields from the age of 6. Quit school, went back got a GED, got a college diploma, became a RN , worked till I became disabled.
