my problem with most fancy ramen spots is they assume I want like a salt-less broth when I been making at home ramen with half the water 😆 I need a rich broth and the spots always seem to have light broth. but feel free to bring on the heat!
something I've noticed is white people have trouble eating raw hot peppers but cooked hot peppers don't seem to bother them, but cartridge that normally eat spicy food can't eat the cook hot peppers too hot for them cuz they normally had the hot pepper raw when the food is ready
