Most likely made a complaint. They asked for the food back. You'd be surprised how many people complain about the food and want a refund. What?? Usually they just credit your card back for petty issues like these.
My question is has this happened before? I worked for Darden restaurants through Olive Garden, red lobster is a “sister store” and they usually aren’t like this at all. They give refunds and comp stuff all the time without question so this might be a common occurrence.
