The other guy is Dimitri Medvedev....Putins now right hand man and the mouth behind Russia! Seems like if this were truly an assassination attempt, Putin would have known Medvedev were involved and not have him as his 2nd in charge now. Medvedev was the president between Putins runs, before he change the Russian constitution to where he became president until he quit or death.
