Europeans live in scattered, small, isolated, and rural regions. Often the resources that they have are limited. Without the knowledge of the citizens the government through advertising in the home country of immigrants entices them to relocate to European countries not for them to live a better life. But, to increase financial support of the European citizens and their limited resources.

This is ass backward behavior, the children who live there locally should be in that school first. Then the other children should come in by lottery. They should refuse to pay taxes, don't support the school if their kids can't go to it don't support the school.
That should be reversed. Awful! We kind of had that here. My kids school has a waiting list. Next thing I know, there are several non English speaking kids in class. My neighbor has been waiting to get her kid in the school for 8 months! She’s supposedly on the top of the list!
