We had a Rottie that cked every bale of hay we unloaded on elevator going up to hay mow. looking for field mice . killed them immediately. Rip Jake . He had more common sense than haft the people I know.

I live on a Golf Course a couple of years ago when priming my well water sprinkler system the system wouldn't come on. I tried and tried... my Weimaraner ran out and started digging like crazy in the middle of the yard. the main line broke from the well to the manifold so none of the zones were getting water. While Molly was digging one of the Golfers seen her and asked, "How much an hour does she charge?" My reply, "You can't afford her!" 😆 I tell my 15 year old son all the time my dog is smarter than he is, haha! She figured out how to roll the window in the car down, I was so impressed its down before we leave the drive way my son replies I can roll the window down too. 🤔
Dogs love to feel useful. They like having a regular responsibility. They take pride in having a special place in what goes on. They are amazing animals, and they play a big part in making my life complete. I'm pretty sure this fellow feels like he has a vital part in completing this job. Dogs rule! 💕💕
