You know he might not understand meaning of a torn flag or maybe he was just wrapped up in trying to do something very positive and send a good message to the American people…I don’t agree with flying a torn flag but I think it stands out cause it does represent how our country is at the moment which is torn and we are divided by politics and race and creed…it’s of importance for the young man to know the flag needs to be retired properly in the state it’s in it does need to be retired i will not disagree with that…I however disagree with people just pointing to the fact it’s torn and he’s being disgraceful and showing disrespect cause this young man is doing something all of us Americans need to do which is stand together under this flag and yes we need to us a a people need to make America great and everyone is stuck on the left and the right which has divided us as a whole as a nation..all Americans no matter where you come from things need settled and we need to stand together
