If he didn't trust her and believe that he would look out for her kids and him her wouldn't have put that in his divorce decree. He has enough money. There is no reason his new wife should have put him in a nursing home. I'm poor, and that would be the very last resort I would ever want for my husband or parent. I've worked in nursing homes as a CNA and CMA. Some are good, and some aren't.
