To fix the rocking....stand closely next to a wall, butt and back connect to the wall, and lift. This will stop the rocking and ego lifting but will build muscle mass in your arms.
He's still right. No matter if he's curly 10lbs or 100lbs. You still don't rock. If you are rocking, it means bad form, and the weight is too heavy for him as well. So I dont get the comedy?? He can't curl the weight, but I bet he has correct form. Apparently the juice head can't lift it either or he wouldn't be rocking for momentum.

Everybody is different. There is no correct form. It all depends on the person and how they’re comfortable. Because if there was a correct form when the weights were passed over the staff, member would’ve dropped the weights correctly, and not dropped to his knees, almost cracking his knee.
