oh hell no!! Bare wire hanging out past the breaker no fucking way
he should have tightened the 1st screw all the way
color of wire means nothing
That's not at all how you're supposed to do that!🤣🤣🤣
If you’re going to demonstrate how to install a wire on a breaker then please demonstrate the correct way. Now, someone who doesn’t know what they are actually doing will end up using a ground wire on a breaker and that’s incorrect. Even if you are doing it for demonstrating purposes only. Think about it. It is like telling someone to put their car in reverse and you intend for them to drive forward. That’s why we have so many unskilled people now is because of B S videos like this and yes I know the content creator just made 5 cents for my comment but it is worth it. If you’re going to train then train properly.
So wrong
you don't terminate a ground wire on a circuit breaker!
I could’ve had a closed end crimped on and heat shrink on that faster than this job was done.
okay but you didn't have to do me like that bro
A bit of resin core solder makes it so much better.
not good
if your going through all that just put and eye on it and crimp it. but most things wire like that is solid and the breaker doesn't have a screw like that in the last 20 years. the only time you use multi strand is the thicker wire for higher voltage and wattage for air conditioner or swimming pool pumps.
It’s not a hot wire at all. Hot wires are Black
use eyelit. tẻminal duhhh
USE SUPER GLUE 😂
Should not be stranded wire going to the breaker!!!!
1st one wasn’t tight anyway
when connecting stranded wire under a screw, strip the wire then twist the wire in the opposite direction from the insulation. when you tighten the screw it will not flare out from under the screw
Bad - the insulation cannot expose the conductor outside of the screw housing.
This post is dangerous and should be deleted
Your "genius" electrician is an arsonist......stay the hell away from us.🤔🤔🤔
This is the dumbest thing I have watched in a while.
tighten the first one down all the way and it would've been fine.
First time not tight enough
thats dumb asf
When do you use stranded (thhn )wire on a circuit breaker....NEVER..it's always solid.... residential or commercial...
Braided wire on a breaker? Exposed wire out of the breaker? Call Fire Department and have them stand by
Terrible work!
Nope. You do that on my job and your next job will be checking receipts at Walmart
and still wrong
😑
Just wasted 41 seconds of my life.
Must be a coalmine electrician, just use any wire for whatever you want!! I don't care if it was a demonstration!
So many things wrong...
genius electrician leaves excess exposed wire off of a breaker! click like for more shockingly stupid videos!
It would help if u would have tightened it in the first place
fork terminal.....these videos are a joke
I would fire anyone screwing around that long for a simple termination. But first ask why they are terminating a ground wire on a breaker!
both are wrong
how about tighten all the ends of the wire strands together, with your linesmans. So they don't spread apart under the screw, when it's tightened.
Wouldn’t a little shrink wrap do the same in a quarter of the time?? I must be a genius
Please any diy people do not do this
no
who puts grounds on breakers😂
this guy is a moron
How much $$$$$ an hour for that🥺
Or he could have tightened the screw down properly in the first place...instead of creating a shock and short hazard. IDIOT!
i wouldn't want this guy changing my light bulbs that is shit work right there
what do you have for those solid core wire on a hot water heater power input?
