Had someone do the same thing to my property, but they were stupid enough to throw away some of their mail with their address. I just gathered up all their garbage and delivered it to their property.
My mom was a realtor, on the road a lot. one day the guy in the car ahead of her at a red light threw his trash out the window. It was a long light, so she got out of her car, picked up the trash and threw it back into the driver"s lap making sure it wasn't a nice, neat pile. She said, "You forgot something while you were in my neighborhood." This was back in the 1960's when no one would have dared be so stupid as to pull a road rage retaliation against her. I think of that day and smile inside every time some idiot pulls a public dumping act.
At least it wasn’t dogs or cats
Since her vehicle was used during the time these offenses were committed, vehicle shoulda been confiscated and auctioned off to compensate for cost of clean up. That’ll learn’em!
These people should be made to clean up the streets wherever they are from for 6 months, rain or shine.

It cost $100 to get a dumpster sticker. Some people don’t have $100. I believe they should have a right to dump for free.

We had the same thing happen on our farm, but the idiot didn't think anyone was watching.....it was our daughter. County was called, and the guy had to pay for the pick up of the tires. Karma is GREAT!
My neighbors had a party and about 1 o'clock in the morning somebody was leaving the party and actually cleaned out their car and threw all the trash on my boulevard so the next morning I gathered up all the trash walked over to the neighbor's house knocked on the door and asked them to please give this back to whoever was that through this garbage on my property.. I have a ring camera so it was proof positive.... it was so satisfying.😆
Boy is she cheap not wanting to pay for garbage removal. When I lived in Minnesota and large bags were tossed out the police would wear gloves and go through the bags . If it had an address on it they would return it to them a long with a nice fine .

Give them 10 days to pay fine plus pick up trash on roadways. If not take plate from car plus driver license.

If I catch someone doing that I will report this issue immediately to the Police.
My company had property all around the city. We’d find piles of trash and junk in front of the gate. Often turned out to be high school kids hired to haul someone’s load to the dump and this way they didn’t have to pay dump fees. More cash in their pockets. There were always names and addresses in the pile. Not too bright.
it happen to my friend too someone drop a trash bag near her parking and she saw the plate number the car she saw him always we follow him the next day saw where he live and put it in his parking behing his car 😆😆😆
About 15 years ago a code compliance man knock on my door trying to hand me a citation for littering I asked what, when and where was I supposed to have littered. He said I was caught throwing trash bags into an empty lot and that it was posted with a DONOT LITTER sign. I asked where was this supposed to have happened and why did they think it was me? He said there's a camera posted out there for these reasons and they ran my license plate. 🤔 REALLY? I live in a apartment complex with the dumpster being literally 4 units away from my back door. And where he said I dumped the trash (which was 3 bags) was about 4 miles from where I lived and I used a cane to walk 🙄 plus I didn't own a vehicle back then. I told him to give me the damn ticket and I'll take it to court. He suddenly turned nice and said he'd let it with a warning this time.😆😆😆
in addition to fines, how about ordering community service to pick up trash on highways
She should have just taken her trash to the dump!!! The rest of the trash per bag of trash she should be fine 1000.00 each. Learn how to keep the trash cleaned up .

People are horrible. Someone will have to pick it. People just don't care about the planet. I live on a Mountain in East Tennessee surrounded by the GSMP. People are always dropping their trash here . They even throw it off the side of the mountain. Every month my neighbors and I pick it up. These people have no moral compass.

Sometimes I wish they'd authorize interested people, to give out tickets. I have a dash cam for proof, and I'd love to be able to give them back their trash along with a ticket.

Years ago their was a group that monitored roads. With binoculars they would get plate numbers, collect the trash, and mail it back to the offender. They wondered what the reaction was when the "customer" found their child's dirty diaper.
