how about a balanced budget
we can eliminate most of government altogether by having vote by phone ! facial recognition (must move phone to show 3D self so a picture won't work and show eye movement) as you read the bill , phone camera "sees" the reflection off your eyes of what youre reading (to ensure people are actually reading said bills) and fingerprint scan "yay" or "nay" buttons

We should also pass a law that we don't give one cent to a foreign country or illegal immigrant until every American has a house, job, social security, health care and no crazy debt. We have spent Trillions in other countries while Americans got poorer and poorer! Also tax Billionaires at 91% and watch almost every problem in America solved. If you feel bad that some Billionaire would only have 30 billion instead of 300 you are part of the problem. That was the tax rate on the rich when America was the best place to live in!
