Anyone over 55 will understand the situation of misjudging heights and steps as you age. I'm 61 and I'm just starting to feel those aches and pains, weakness in my legs and muscles. And carrying extra pounds also affects your balance. So don't laugh at the elderly!! Remember, be a boy scout !!

I been there, walking at a Home Depot parking lot, stepped on a small rock, rolled my ankle and fell on both knees. Man….did it hurt! I was bruised on my knee for a week, foot was painful for few weeks and kept rolling my ankle at home. Had to wear my boots to help support my ankle, but since my foot was sore, putting on my boot was a struggle. Not to mention the pain in my hips and back. I’m only 46 at that fall was hard. Be kind to others, falling hurts and you never know the person situation. Blessings to all!🙏🏼

I fell the same way 3 years ago, except it was something that my son left sitting out that tripped me up. I broke my Patella (knee) and a bone in my wrist (Capitate bone.) Looking at this video makes me wince.Concrete is unforgiving. 🤔🙏

I'm 83 with arthritis in both hips and knees, add comprss lower discs and curbs, steps are needing support. At homeit is my walker but I won't fit in or car. Wonderful daughter in-law supports me.😆🥰👍🙏
