A good man. My heart breaks for him and his family. I talked to hundreds of families who are suffering tremendous heartache over the lost youth of America today. Charlie Kirk was trying to save them.

I don't know why he was even offered the rewards so fast you usually do not get the reward before the prosecution is complete and a conviction has been secured.

he wasn't even in active duty thats straight from the sheriff's mouth in a statement he made on TV so them saying the dad "resigned" was false info

you are a good man 🙌 it's not your fault. I respect you didn't take the reward. but, could have donated the $ to Charlie's kids. I'm sorry this happened to you. I can't imagine your pain 💔 paying for you 🙏💔 your son made his bed . I don't hate him. but, I do believe he deserves death

Not taking reward doesn’t mean he cut ties, means he doesn’t want to gain financially from doing the right thing even if his heart is breaking by doing the right thing.

I feel bad for the family. They are not responsible for the actions of their son. Prayers for this family. The son was indoctrinated by outside influences.

Wow. Bless his hurting heart. I can't even image the pain he is going though but I know it must really be intense. God bless him and his family.

My heart breaks for the murderers FATHER AND FAMILY. They have to live the rest of their lives knowing their son killed this GREAT man. And his father having to live with the guilt of turning his own son in. Do you know how hard that had to have been for that father. So much for this man to endure. And poor Erika and her little girls. Heartbreaking 🙏

I am wondering what possessed Tyler Robertson to drive 200 miles out of his way to kill Charlie Kirk

The dad did the right thing. It’s great we still have folks with integrity. Leave the family alone.

Why he have to step down did he know he was going to do the crime. That’s crazy or did he have something’s questionable on him that’s not being said.

Mr Robinson I’m so sorry you had to loss your son in the process but I understand and I stand with you in support for your decision even if I think your sons actions were atrocious The moves of a true American father my family would have done the same

My heart goes out to Taylor Robinson‘s dad. It is not his fault that his son made a bad decision. We can teach the children from right from wrong, but they get a certain age and they do as they please that we have no control over them his father should not feel guilty

We get caught up in the grief of the loss of Kirk, feel for his wife and children, but forget a father lost his son, my heart goes to all ❤️🙏🏼,, but, to push for death penalty for his son? That’s harsh, yes I think he should get it but I’m a no one, I could never push that for my children, maybe life in prison, but not death,, that’s something

What a difference a day makes. I would have turned my kid in too…and they know it. I would still be there supporting them. You do have to agree with actions to be supportive. My son got into trouble (drug charge) and I was still there guiding and advising him. Prayed for God to move a mountain and my son’s comment was God needed to bring the dynamite. Our prayers were answered with no jail time, but he still had to plead guilty to felony charges, go to rehab, lost his license for 2 years, house arrest and probation. There was still a price to pay for his actions.

Throughout history, Fathers and Mothers have disowned sons and daughters that have committed crimes against humanity. Throughout history, children have committed petty crimes and murder against their parents. Many of these comments reflect surprise, and condemnation, that the father could disown his son. Jesus can forgive him, God will judge him. His father raised him right, the man/child just didn't listen. I , for one, am glad he didn't escape to be free to harm others.

The first 2 is extremely admirable and decent of him. The 3rd one though ... I think he needs some time to get through some emotions. Because, not that he would be condoning any violence, but the guy is still his son. If he's a Christian man, the Bible does not teach abandonment for wrong-doing. Even murders can repent and be forgiven (but not escape justice).
