Chased by 60 MM mortar. Saved by Jets dropping napalm and a Cobra helicopter working out to save a company of 80 or so men against a NVA regiment! Just 1 brush with death. God bless America 🇺🇸

He was not playing around he was serious ,my son an officer in the army said some of those guys in Iraq would be relaxed on the 50 cal , he would have to grab the 50 while rolling through town and start aiming and swinging the 50 around like you meant business and ready to fire if need be. Taught them to be always alert.

I am a combat Vietnam Veteran .1 tour 1971 thru 1972. War is hell. I have 12 combat unit friends on the wall in DC.Thank God I made it home safe and sound. Not totally whole but practically. We didn't have the privilege to be diagnosed with PTSD to get appropriate help. and 12 of my budWe had to deal with it the best that we could. I am still proud to have served. We all gave some and 12 of my buddies gave all. God bless their souls.
