What did you expect, a drag car vs. a street car out of a dealership?

Italian cars are junk. They are not reliable and the cost of ownership is ridiculous. To many of us they don’t even look appealing. I know some will come back with a response about it but the truth is America has always made the best vehicles

I wouldn't even call that a race ! more like a big embarrassment, just keep on driving Lamborghini when you leave the track and go park your call back in your garage 😆😆😆

You can by 3 or 4 Mopars versus one overpriced spaghetti car or just by one Mopar and have plenty of money for fun and investing.

Stock Lamborghini vs a Pure 1/4 mile prepped race car. This is a stupid video with a stupid headline. A stock 70's Challenger loses by over a second.

Lamborghini’s are top end speed not 1/4 mile speed

My 99 Camaro that I slowly built when I was 18 would have beaten that Lamborghini, I was running 11.6 at 123mph. Something satisfying about building and racing your own build vs buying something. I miss drag racing at the drag strip.

It's called gearing. That and the Lambo doesn't have the low end torque and never will. But top end and handling the Lambo wins everytime. This wasn't a race. But it wouldn't be a race if the Lambo was in its sweet spot. Any decent wrench knows that.

the thing is driving a Lamborghini is a luxury vs being a street racer.👍

Drivers make a difference. I suspect the Lambo driver might have been running their first drag race.

It's all in the gearing. The top end speed of the Lambo is around 220 mph. It's not built for drag racing no more than the Dodge Challenger is built for running in the 24 hours of Le Mans.

Well I mean come on it’s not like they’re going stock for stock, I mean the challenger had slicks and lord knows what else.
