I have a little boy from an abusive mother and her boyfriend. This child’s mom has gotten so many chances from the courts it’s unbelievable. We were going through DHS when the police notified me to pick him up when he was visiting them. I took him to DHS and reported everything and a month later found out he was being sexually abused took him back to DHS and reported that they did nothing! I was told if she wanted him I had to let her have him let her have him for three days and the boyfriend sexually abused him again. I took him straight to Children’s Hospital and they brought in State Police. I have permanent guardianship of him and I’m trying to adopt him the mother is in and out of jail the boyfriend took a plea deal in prison for 10years and she didn’t even get charged and the child said his mommy knew he was doing it. She is trying to stop the adoption. Everyone please lift him and our family up in your prayers we go to court November 19th pray that we are able to adopt him.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

If this is about Gabriel Fernandez, the child was tortured over several months and eventually died from his injuries. The boyfriend was sentenced to life without parole and the mother was sentenced for 1st degree murder, life with a possibility of parole. I remember crying about this when it first happened. God bless his sweet young soul ❤️
