how would this benefit a boat on fire? what pull it to shore after it burnt down? send a note to the end stating your boats on fire? put a kite on the end stating you need S.O.S.? Shoot it out too someone can attach a bucket to it? in what way would this help if your boat is on fire?

The Navy has been doing the same for years using the 45 70s and the M 14. Thats a great little unit for civilians and rescue teams of all kinds. I really liked the old 45 70s and wish I could find one cheap.
