This is why you DO NOT TAILGATE TRUCKERS. This car was totally in the blind spot. The trucker had no way to tell the car was there. If you can not see a trucker's Side View Mirrors. The driver can not see you.

them days in my younger years, I used to get pissed off at truckers. and then I went to trucking school to be a trucker. it taught me enough to respect all truckers. when I go places in my SUV, and I see a trucker trying to turn, I give them enough space to turn. it's not always easy to drive an 18 wheeler. majority of the time, it's the 4 wheelers that can cause problems.

That car is in the blind spot,where that truck driver can't see it... If that car was right or left of the trucks trailer, the truck driver would of seen it back there...

I know of times where a woman called the cops and said a truck back into her car and busted her windshield when they got there they were looking at the damage area something had hit her window right there in the middle it was an old one because you've never seen an old crack in a windshield top and bottom of the crack it's yellow around the full length of her of her window it was an old damage and she thought she'd get some money out of it well that failed so did running into the back of a semi

I know of a false charge of road rage that got an innocent man sent to prison for about 2 years.

coming from a retired trucker anytime you hit anything backing up it your fault as far as road rage I wasn't there.
The driver was backing up to let the truck in front of him to clear his front end. If you look at the front of the truck you'll see another one pulling out of a side road and it not going to clear unless the other driver moves, and the silver suv is backing up too.The one behind the silver suv should have been paying attention to what was going on too.
