They're not welcome into my house without a warrant, we can talk on my front porch and they better have a reason why they're there.

The problem is why wouldn’t you let the police in your house? What are you trying to hide? If a police officer knocks on my door he’s more than welcome to come in. That’s the people that keep us safe. Well, I don’t wanna keep him out of my house. Unless maybe I’m a criminal.

My question is if you wouldn’t let them in what the hell are you hiding? The police are here to protect and serve if you have nothing to hide or did nothing wrong. You don’t need to fear them.🇺🇸🇺🇸

You need to be afraid of them. They are not your friends. These are great words. In today’s environment, you have to protect yourself. Be aware and protect your rights

If you haven't done anything illegal or nothing to hide, what's the problem? Say sure and offer a cup of coffee or something. why make it look suspicious?

never open the door, don't even go outside. talk to thru the door. never answer any questions without your attorney being present. cops will do anything to search and arrest you.

Has anyone who says let them in without question considered policemen are only required to graduate from a police academy which takes 6-9 months at most? That’s literally all the education they are required to have & it’s not possible for anyone to learn the laws they need to know in such a short time. Attorneys are required to have 4 years of college + another 3-4 years of law school. Not putting one over the other but my point is just because an officer asks/tells you something, or if they do something, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s legal for them to do.

Why would you not want an officer in your home or backyard unless you have something to hide. If they have an emergency I’m sure they would be begging for an officer

if u don't have anything tonhide then why wouldn't u let them in? if they suspect something bad they're going to detain u and call for a warrant! so ehy not just cut the bullcrap and be courteous and just let them come in and spexk with you! if u invite them in they still can't search without a warrant so why do ppl keep preaching to go against the law and fight them at every turn! right down to I DONT HAVE TO SHOW YOU MY ID. well maybe u don't but why not just do it! film every thing if ur thst fearful but ehy provoke anger from them. keep everything from escalating into something more than a simply track ticket! just because u can do something dont mean u should do it! make good choices snd life will be wonderful! make poor choices snd life is gonna kick ur teeth in. ppl shouldnt spread info like this and tbe respectful to authority. teach ur kids the same way.. PUTTING UP 5 KEEPS YOU ALIVE! HANDS IN THE AIR KEEPS U THERE ! dont play dumb games snd u won't win dumb prizes 🙂‍↕️

That might be easy in the white world, but I’ve seen officers knock people down to get into their homes the majority of those people are people of color so although you may be giving some advice, it might help it’s not gonna help everyone! police knock you down call you out your name and hurt your loved ones to get into your home There’s no stopping that.

Be careful who you let in your home today. There are so many crooks and pretend to be someone that they not. Uniforms can be purchased at Goodwill Thrift stores and Salvation Army. Be careful.

I would never allow anyone in my home unless they were friends or family. Why would you allow a total stranger in your home ? Some cops have an ulterior motive that they not going to specify for wanting to enter. Always require a warrant.

AND 1. Don’t go outside. 2. If you have a Door Camera speak through that. 3. Never present yourself. 4. Never let them know you’re home. 5. If they want to talk to you, they can talk using your camera which should be a recorded (documented) conversation. 🤔

I will say “no, my dogs are easily agitated by strangers”. I will speak with you through the door unless you have a warrant that you can provide and I will most likely call the non emergency number to confirm they are who they say they are. Years ago there was a young man impersonating an unmarked police vehicle, complete with blue lights, pulling over unaccompanied young women. Playing it safe!
