im sure this has nothing to do with the color of his skin, listening to the cop you can hear how shaken he is, probably not knowing what to do, as anybody would, might have panicked and in the moment where he hit the dude in yellow, cop might have had reason to suspect hes gonna hit him back, now in this case what you didnt hear is the suspect had a gun, but is unarmed in this portion of the clip because he tossed the gun, wanting to use his hands, but when the officer hit him, he told his son or someone, to "go get it" this is all I know, correct me if im wrong.

The man had nothing in his hand but his fist. You use deadly force with deadly force. The daily force is what's? his fist. So he should have used his fist or baton, or any other type of equal force to take him down. That was straight murder. And the threat to the community right there at that moment was the cop. Policy and procedure says to use deadly force with deadly force. There was no deadly force used by the suspect.
