I have 2 grand kids 3 and 4 years old. This does not fly! We leave the park and this happens and nope we puck them up and off we go. I SAID let's go NOW so move! This behavior is not acceptable! period! I watched some grandparents one night spend 30 min trying g to talk their grandkid into the car once. Took everything in me to keep my mouth shut while that kid ran the show! These kids have too much control! A hand across the ass fixes this real fast!

Sometimes parents get overstimulated and need some help sometimes. You never know the back story of everything. When my mom would get overstimulated with my brothers she would have me step in. So I don’t see anything wrong with this. She also probably didn’t wanna embarrass herself in public seeing as to how she’s outside. You never know what people have going on. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
