The toxin is in an officious liver you can't get the toxin on you unless you're trying to eat the fish The fish is a delicacy in Japan but only certified chefs are allowed to prepare it because the toxin will kill people instantly if consumed but touching the fish will not get the toxin on you

This is a freshwater pufferfish. Completely harmless unlike it’s saltwater counterparts. The only danger is the beak but cases of people getting bitten are rare so don’t worry. It’s safe. Hate videos like these spreading misinformation
