that is rabies and the only thing you can do at that level is put him down out of his misery plz don't let him suffer anymore because it is just like your kid if there sick and miserable we get them better 💯 at the doctor first tranqualize the dog and have it tested for rabies becareful when withdrawing the blood but you can take it to the vet test it and they will tell you what's wrong and if it is rabies then put it down

where is acting weird erratic and it could possibly be blind but where it was looking at you at first and then decided to eat the plant or bite the plant the possibility of rabies could be there or it's just really terrified and has had abuse before but you might want to take it to the vet and make sure it doesn't test positive for rabies
