And I'm from East TN and can easily make a 3 to 400yd shot with a zeroed in deer rifle and a rest in any position. Don't have to be trained sniper to kill someone it's called practice and having ill intent. This is the exact reason why I conceal carry and have for 30yrs is to try to protect more from a crazy person with a gun. I hope to never have to use mine but won't hesitate to if I can stop it in some way. Be aware of your surroundings as it's nowhere safe in our world
