This is rare and mixed gas dives. It looks to me like he has had equipment failure. That’s not a wet suit he has on, that is a dry suit, and when fully inflated you look like the “Michelin man.”Judging from his interior clothes being wet, I would say this is Equipment failure and hypothermia was setting in since you only use a dry suit when you are working in frigid cold Arctic water. “Boyles Principle.” Is not a factor here. All mixed gas divers stay a period of time at each atmosphere in the water to decompress. Here’s what I know. He had a malfunction in his suit and they had to give him up rapidly because he would’ve froze to death and that’s why they have to put him in the chamber as a precaution. He looks like a kid, so he most likely was in training and just a “tadpole”not a “frog man.”
Take the wet suit off in decompression chamber
God Bless all deep sea divers !
one time it was my goal in life to be a under water welder I would still totally give it a try but I don't know that I would be aloud to by companies because I lost the sight in my left eye😭
Who needs to ask a question when dad gave us a complete breakdown? Well done and appreciated.
Straight to the decompression tank 😲
there was a chamber at Jensen Beach
No most of the time when you do deep dives, you enter the boat from the bottom into a decompression chamber slowly, the water is pushed out once the door is closed, and the diver is inside the chamber! and depending on how deep and how long the diver was out, would depend on how long he had to stay in that decompression chamber to return his body to proper function
I can’t watch this it personally makes me anxious 😬 God Bless the people who do this as an occupation or for fun!🙏🏼
I had no idea this took place! Scary!
very interesting
Wow!
you tube has a video on these divers. he was going to blow if not in iron lung asap
no decompression stops?
Look like teens
Please be safe! Prayers for a healthy, successful, and safe 2026!!
this is why we have a wage gap
I counted 37sec's to get out of his gear. Not bad gentlemen, Not bad at all.
Health problem if not quick enough 🙏🏼
so...why don't he take the suit off INSIDE the chamber?
The bends can kill fairly quickly so time is of the essence.
how long before the bends start a after surfacing even st 120 feet
that is scary
Short life span but you live rich
Just curious why they cant undress instead decompression chamber or take helmet off and go in and take suit off. But I guess if you need help and you're the only one going in you need help. Might have just answered my own question but don't know much about this stuff. That new Woody Harrelson movie w the divers was pretty good though
Awesome
Why not unsuit inside the chamber?
This happens if the diver comes up too fast.
the bends
